Default No customer consideration

My ultra-lite suitcase was damaged between Hong Kong and London. It was replaced at LHR by a case weighing 5kg more. I had no choice but to take it at the time. I want my damaged case to be replaced like for like. Cathay refuse even to respond to emails. They show no signs of customer care.
