When trying to board Co flight 2550 on Sunday, July 29 airline employee said that the flight information did not exist. This mistake caused my family an extreme amount of stress and trips to the airport. My ex husband, wife and newborn baby had to drive my 15 year old son Kenneth, to the airport four times (from Taunton, Ma to Providence, RI.) After the first flight seemed to have disappeared Continental asked my son to come back for a later flight; but when they showed up that flight was not going to make the connecting flight. Third flight a charm? Continental then set my son up on a flight with Delta, flight number 4543. This also did not work, son's father has become angry and frustrated due to all the miscommunication within the airline. Kenneth finally boarded flight number 3227 and arrived into Portland on Monday evening around 9 pm. My son lost a day and a half from his vacation and he is only with me one month out of the year, each day counts.

Let's help get Continental to the top of the customer complaint list with the DOT, where we all know they belong. Don't submit false complaints. It's not necessary. The way this airline operates, there are too many legitimate complaints. Here is a great article about the right places to complain, and, unlike Continental's web-site, offers an email address to send complaints, and links to a web form: http://www.usatoday.com/travel/colum...woodyard_x.htm
