No Advance Seat Selection on Ilitalia flight to & from JFK <-> FCO
2 in our flight party must have extra leg room and always we've paid extra for exit row seats in advance.
For the 1st time ever, Alitalia refuses to allow seat selection in advance and has said that our seating assignments will be made at the gate the day of the flight. How can this be an acceptable practice change? |
