COMPLAINT: Compensation for baggage not credited

Totally upset with this airlines. Got our baggage missing in Rome airport, they asked us to file a claim complaint against it and give our bank account numbers for the claim refund to be credited. Our travel date was 8-June-2016. The claim money is not yet processed. Its been more than 4 months no proper action taken against. I would request to take proper action on them. Please do the needful. I'll be highly obliged.
