request for refund of penalty charge
This may be a duplicate
on 6/4/07 i started to make a request for a pin number to my deltskymiles account (2025495215) and after numerous tries to contact a person I had to file a complaint. I was finally conteced on 6/13/0 and immediately secured tickets for my daughter and son-in-law. However we were charged $50.00 EACH because of the 21 day required. IF YOU HAD ADVISED ME WHEN I FIRST REQUESTED A PIN NUMBER WE WOULD HAVBEEN ABLE TO SECURE THE TICKETS without a penalty Therefore I am making a request for a refund of the $100.00 penalty charge Kindly contact me at [email protected] Jerome H.
