COMPLAINT- POOR SERVICE WITH AA
My name is Marie Carraha. I recently went to Jamaica and returned to Miami on January 21 to Miami International Airport via AA flight number 1376. Once I reached Miami I had to wait for over 47 minutes for a wheel chair to come. This is unacceptable. I am a sick person and this waiting seriously affected me and my family who waited for me outside for over 2 hours not knowing if everything was okay with me or not.
