Lost luggage-horrible customer service!
They must pay the lost luggage people minimum wage.
My parents luggage was supposedly lost when they got to their destination (Alabama). They went through the motions of doing what was needed to get the luggage back. They called the LL dept the next day and they were told they had found the bag and would deliver it that day. It never happened after they waited all day for it. This continued for 3 days-they would promise to deliver it and never do it. Finally on day 4 they said they would come to pick it up. They were told the bag was not there.
They never got their bag the whole vacation-it had their shoes, toiletries, underclothes etc. They went to the airport to fly out and went to LL dept. They said they did not have the bag. My father walked through the room and picked up the bag that was partially under another and said told them it was his. They could care less!
I will never fly this airline nor will my family after this nightmare they went through. And this was just the worst part-there was more....
I can't wait to see them in the paper fileing for bankruptcy. It is bound to happen and they brought it all on themselves.
