They DeIced my bag and don't care!
For some reason they decided to spray my luggage down like an airplane. My bag may have gotten more. I showed it to the AA reps at the counter, only to be told there was nothing they would do for something like that. Now I have a sticky stained bag. Thankfully I was on my return leg of the trip and was able to wash all the clothes. Patricia Sims from AA wants me to take it back to be inspected per your email. They already looked at it and said they don't cover anything like this. Thanks American Airlines, charge me $50 to destroy my bag. What a deal!
