Emirates Complaints>REPEATED NO RESPONSE from Emirates, How many times do I have to ask for a response!

I had a very unpleasant baggage experience with Emirates. They insisted on boarding, there wasn't enough room for my backpack, or mymy traveling partner's. They aggressively removed our bags from our backs -and rolled their eyes when I pleaded with them that this was the first of three flights to go Bangkok. The bags did not arrive in Bangkok (in fact, they never even left the first stop Dubai) My travel partner was fuming and started tweeting Emirates. Her bag arrived 36 Hours later... My bag didn't arrive for over a week. I was without eye contacts, a change of clothes, personal items. I was calling numerous times a day to track down the bag with Bangkok Baggage Services, who were very helpful. They told me Emirates had been Unresponsive despite a number of requests for contact.... I started calling Emirates directly. I have emailed detailing the lack of responsiveness... I filed a complaint on January 10th. I've yet to receive a response. I've emailed again, I've tweeted, I've facebooked. A representative on Facebook has said they have called me, but my number is out of order. This is not true. How can this company consider themselves a premium provider when they can't respond, or worse yet, lie about their attends to connect!!
