Default Flight Changed...No Notice!

Spirit Air is RIDICULOUS. We booked a flight to and from Atlantic City for a conference out of Boston IN NOVEMBER for Tuesday 3/15. We then heard back over a month ago that the flight time had changed (about half an hour difference). No big deal. When we logged on line today, 3/14 to double check, we not only found our flight had been cancelled (with no notice to us) but that we had been rebooked on a flight TODAY. (with no notice). When we eventually got to a supervisor, his response was, "oh gee, that was a mistake by corporate. They should have notified you." Ya think? That was it...they literally just cancelled all their flights, with no notice, for both Tuesday and Wednesday. No offer of assistance, compensation, and of course no apology. Now we have to fly through Philly and rent a car, at this late notice, to get to our destination. Spirit's attitude was MISERABLE and absolutely the worst customer service EVER.

The abuse of the rulesvto allw late cancellation without compensation is a disgrace. We simply need re-regulation.
