COMPLAINT: Virgin Atlantic mediocre customer service attitude

I had made a reservation for Dec 3, 2016 but for personal reasons i must change the flight to March 2017, i requested the change to them and i'd pay if needed, they say is not possible and in a way they are saying i should re-book everything again. So, i must pay once again. I am a business man i have tried lots of airlines around the world and all of them have been flexible but Virgin Atlantic is not.

For crying out loud i booked it via Flightfinder and flightfinder always asked me to go to Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Atlantic sent me to FlightFinder, none of them took care of my concern. As a customer i doubt t use this service again and will of course not recommend it to no one. Now they are saying they will not reimburse the money back.
