I had booked 2 flights that's supposed to be scheduled on September and october 2014 but for some reason,
Air Asia Philippines cancelled the flight schedules and provided me 2 options.
1.
To book me to different destinations
-Which is not an option for me 'coz I don't need to go anywhere aside from my original destination.
2.
Refund
-A better option for me so that I can look for an airline who have a scheduled flights on my travel dates.
And so I chose the 2nd option (REFUND). I received emails from Air Asia dated April 29, May 2 and May 6 that my refund request was already validated, approved and was already forwarded to my bank but unfortunately, it is more than 2 months now that I haven't got it. I called my bank for verification and my bank told me that nothing has been forwarded by Air Asia. I tried to email them multiple times but I only get automatic responses that they will look into my case and will provide feedback in 5 days. I waited for 5 days and nobody from Air asia came back to me to update me. I tried calling their hotline # (+632 742 2742) and I was able to speak to a customer representative promising me the same thing. I wanted to do a follow up in these past few days by calling their hotline # again but unfortunately, whenever I dial the # +632 742 2742 I'm just getting a busy tone.
Air Asia is the worst airline I had ever dealt with!...
Getting money from people without any services rendered is definitely unfair! be professional in dealing with your customers!
Air Asia! Give me my money back!!!
