I booked a flight with Virgin Airlines to Las Vegas. After searching for the best deals I finally scheduled a flight that met my needs. A few weeks later I received an email saying my flights have been changed. One flight was changed to overnight. After calling Virgin, and speaking with Kathy, the attitude was well this is the flight change so take it or leave it. When i said I did not agree with these changes, she replied well we have the right to do so and began reading me the contract. I am very disappointed with my booking with Virgin Airlines, not only were they not helpful and inconsiderate of their customers, they would not even give a voucher for further use of their airlines. I am going to cancel my trip with them all together and never use Virgin Airlines again!!

Why would you want a voucher on an airline that has the worst customer service?

Normally, when I have dealt with other airlines, they are very accommodating. Jet blue issued a $100 voucher due to a delay because of weather. I was referring to a voucher in regards to a way that would help their customer service and at least make the customer feel they are valued.

I know very well what you are referring to. I am asking since you were treated so badly during the conversation, why would you want a voucher to spend more money on the airline with the worst customer service?

When you started, what exactly were your expectations? Did you think that she was going to change the schedule to meet your demands? She may not have been as diplomatic as you might have wanted, but "this is the flight change so take it or leave it" so what you really wanted was some free money?
Where exactly were you coming from for Virgin to change your flight to over night? |
