How do you know that an employee of United went through your bag?
Are you just assuming that because United has a bad reputation at times
that it has to be so? When the United agent puts a destination tag on your bag and sends the bag to the baggage makeup area TSA screens ALL
bags send down. Now if your bag sets off an alarm in the bag scanning machine, then TSA will open your bag and perform a visual and physical inspection. They try to put things back the way they were found, but may times they are in a hurry so things are just tossed back. Now it may seem that the TSA was out of the leaflets that state that they performed an additional inspection of your bag. This is called alternative thinking to the standard oh lets just blame the airline so I can con them out of something.
