Stealing even more
Two years ago, I had 500,000 miles and would have been able to fly my family to Australia from Boston and back in first class using these miles. With the black out dates and other changes, US Airways has reduced the value of these miles by more than half.
Like their attitute to their customers with change and baggage fees, they have perpetrated yet another hoax with their dividend mile program. This airline needs to be put down hard. |
