To Whom It May Concern:
My travel companion and I traveled from JFK - NYC to Heathrow on January 12 (arrived January 13) (AA116). Our luggage was lost. We received it two days later in Exmouth, where we were staying. I was told that we would be reimbursed for the necessities we had to purchase while we were without our luggage, however I was not told what the procedure was to make the claim. Please advise. I travelled from Boston to Miami then to the Caribbean only to discover that when I reached my destination that the biggest piece of my luggage was missing.
I reported it to them as soon as i reached my destination and three hours later they called to tell me they had not seen it but it should arrive later the same night. The next day i called them but they still had not located it then they called 2 hrs after my call to tell me the same thing i had found out. The next day I called them and was told it was located in Boston and it should arrive later that evening and that someone would call. Its now the day after and I'm still waiting for a call. |
