On the return flight, the person at the front desk was rude and busy talking on her cell phone. She screamed at some customers. Besides the fact that the flight was delayed by several hours, no one would answer any questions and would instead ignore you. Many other travelers were not content with this flights service at all. Not only that but on our way to Colombia, American Airlines failed to deliver most of our baggage to Avianca, so when we got to Colombia only 1 out of 10 bags had arrived! That was very frustrating and irresponsible.
