Baggage Problems Missing Baggage in Bulgaria

Default Missing Baggage in Bulgaria
My wife and my mother traveled with friends to Bulgaria on Sunday. Their baggage has yet to arrive, and they cannot get any answers about their missing baggage, nor a timeline.

Their claim numbers are CO74421, DL745923, DL745924. How can I follow up on this issue? They are not able to chase down the problem very well from where they are.
