I was flying business with qatar air, waiting in the lounge in Tunis airport watching the board for boarding times, no announcements went out and when my flight came up on screen I went to the gate to find it had left. I went back to the lounge to complain and was told that I had never been there, I suggested we go to the computer to see my log in and time and was asked too leave, Qatar air claimed they had put a tannoy out and had seen me in another bar (complete lies). I contacted the airline via the webset the next day and after nearly 2 weeks was told that the staff had checked the lounge for passengers and all had left but that I could claim a refund for an unused ticket and to contact Tunis office, I still have not had any response from them so used the facility on the site, recieved an automated response saying i would hear in 5 working days this was on the 18th January I have heard nothing. NEVER FLY QATAR AIRWAYS the 1 star airline
