My ex wife bought 4 tickets from Oakland to Kansas and return last July, because her father had passed away. I become sick with the flu and could not use my ticket. Southwest Air will not give me a Refund. I'm 65 on Social Security my only income. Way below poverty line. I so desperately need that $400.00 to just try and survive. I pray people will use another carrier until Southwest changes their policies. They told me I could use it on any flight up until June. I can't travel any longer. I'm a Veteran and really need that money. Is there anyone out there that can help me. I have been Bloging and will try and cost them many more $ than if they would have given me my money back!
