Wow. Your post lacks so many details.
Is this a refundable ticket you are trying to get a refund for? If so, I believe AA.com has a form you can fill out online to request a refund.
If it is a non-refundable ticket, what are the circumstances that you believe you are due a refund? Most domestic airline tickets which are non-refundable only offer refunds if the ticketed passenger dies before they travel. I'm sure this is probably not the case unless you are posting from an internet vafe in the great beyond.
