Angry Baggage lost

I took a flight from Seychelles to Kolkata , with lay overs at Abu Dhabi and Mumbai airports . My bag has been lost since last week, I have been contacting hte airport officials both at Mumbai and kolkata airports , but they both seem to be confused as to where my bag is . For the past two days I have been calling them and they seem to be switched off and there is no communication . Ive sent an email too but there seems to be no reply. I have lost some important documents I needed to send my uni in the UK and now this. Worst airline experience ever. Also they don't even tell me the truth , the just leave me hanging

Default Just words in social media

Dear Etihad Rep,
Instead writing that you can understand and so on, you should keep contact to your customer in the real world! Not in social media.
In my cases the replie from Etihad came 40 days after I wrote the email in Sri Lanka where I was missing my luggage. And the replie is just a copy and paste text without offering any real world compensation.

Tell me. What can we do with Etihad points when we DO NOT WANT TO FLY EVER AGAIN WITH YOUR AIRLINE?
