Thumbs up AirlineComplaints.org hits 100,000 visitors!

Dear All,

Today AirlineComplaints.org has hit a very important milestone - 100,000 unique visitors.

What started as a simple American Airlines Complaint forum a little over a year and a half ago has evolved into the largest Airline Complaints network in the world covering all domestic and international airlines with active participation from both Industry and Government officials with well over 1,000 members.

AirlineComplaints.org is also the #1 Google search result for "Airline Complaints", yet another very important milestone that has been feeding endless visitors to this site while giving maximum exposure to all of your complaints.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have chosen to give your complaints more exposure on our network, and the Airline Employees and Government officials for contributing their experiences and knowledge.

Here's to the next 100,000 visitors as we continue our mission to open up the Airline Complaints process to make it more respectful, transparent, and effective.

Best regards,
AirlineComplaints.org

P.S. Don't forget about the mobile version of our site located at AirlineComplaints.mobi

Default Delta Skymiles Fees

In early January I booked a trip for my wife using Skymiles. Delta charged me $150 because I booked the flight less than three weeks in advance. They cancelled the flight, and after two months of back and forth e mail traffic with customer service I've been informed the $150 fee is non-refundable. I find it hard to believe. Not only did my wife not make the special family event she was destined for, Delta airlines, in effect has charged me $150.00 for the inconvenience. I just can't believe it.
I am looking for advice on how best to proceed. Thank you.

Rick
