Compensation for lost bagage from KLM
KLM lost my baggage while going on xmas holidays in December 2017. Upon my return l put in a claim for compensation, l was advised by klm it will 3 weeks for the claims to be processed. I had no response from klm so after 3 weeks called klm to chase the claim. l was advised klm was dealing with a huge amount of claims so it will now take 8 weeks. Its three moths now and l have still not received compensation for the lost baggage and its contents. Despite repeated calls to klm, this has not been resolved. I raised two different formal complaints and klm have not had the decency to even investigate and respond to the complaints. I have asked for a call back from a manager and was advised they cant guarantee any call back. Is that how klm deal with their customers?.
