Hi, I was in Thailand recently and had a flight booked to London, England. When I turned up for my flight at Bangkok airport they said someone had called and cancelled my flight. They said they had all the information about my flight details and email address. I have sent them several emails but they insist that it is not their fault and will not refund me my airline ticket cost. Needless to say this lead to a ricochet of further costs for hotels other flight bookings etc.
