Food Poisoning and no response
Traveled back to US, in Club in May, was fed some bad food, which resulted in severe case of food poisoning, time in ER, etc. Filed a complaint and have yet to even get a response. I realize that things can happen, not expecting them to refund ticket or anything but would be nice if they at least responded, show they care!!! I travel TA many times a year and they way they are handling this will definitely make me consider Delta and any others before returning to BA!

Not sure about that. In all my flights with Delta, I've never had the poor service, poor equipment, and poor food that seems to be the norm on BA. Blah, I'll take my chances with Delta any day over Bad Attitude Airlines

Amazing... But have you read the Delta thread on here? They have one of the highest complaint rates at the DOT of an airline. You have been lucky indeed.
