There has been security breaches on the Singapore Airlines (SIA) website. This is a very serious security and privacy problem that goes beyond mere customer satisfaction. None of the teething problems on the supposedly revamped website have been addressed since it was launched last May and the SIA management appears to be deaf to customer feedback.
Look out for part II of what could be SIA's falsified letter of commendation from a passenger, which followed just 1 day after the letter of complaint regarding the website boo-boo was published by the Singapore broadsheet newspapers.
