Default A Letter of Complaint to Iberia

Since I looked all over Iberia's weppage without being able to find any e-mail to contact the airline, and do not want to waste any money calling them, I thought I'd type my letter of complaint out here instead. So here goes:

Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to file a complaint due to my anything but pleasant trip from Copenhagen to Sevilla on Iberia Airlines. First of all, I was not allowed to take a personal item and a second piece of hand luggage with me on the plane, as had been written on your webpage under luggage allowance. The reason, I was told, was becasue the plane was full, but I could easily have fit both bags under the seat in front of me.
Then, the flight to Madrid departed about 30 minutes late and we were not told why, nor did they give us any approximate time of arrival. I found the captain of the plane very unprofessional. Not knowing the time of arrival was very stressful to us since we knew that we already had a very short time for connection to the next flight from Barajas.
Finally, landing in Madrid at around 19.35, we had 20 minutes to make the connection to Sevilla, which was supposed to depart at 19.55. Running through the terminal, we barely made it to the plane and were among the last few people to board.
Our problems did however not stop there, as our luggage never came to Sevilla Airport. We were told that they would be delivered to our address the following day at 8.30. Only two bags came, at 10 o clock. As I am writing this e-mail, we are still waiting for the third bag, which should not have been checked in the first place. On your Baggage Tracking website, it says that it should have been delivered at 1200. The bag is now, almost 4 hours later still missing. So, we have lost a day because we have had to sit and wait for our bags with all our clothing, shower materials etc to come.
Thank you for such great service, Iberia. I shall never fly with you again.

Default Keep the spirits up

Sorry to read about your terrible but typical Iberia experience. You might want to check my complaint and see how useless they are. It is practically impossible to contact them too.
