Default Please return my bags

Respected Air Canada team,
Please forgive me for sending this directly to you but I don't have any other way as I tried and suffered a lot,

I travelled from Canada to the Sandiego, US on Apr23, 2022 with my wife and 4year old son, I landed in US on Apr 23 and I noticed 3 bagges were missing, I immediately filed application for that. From that day, I am calling your customer care(1 888 689-BAGS (2247).) 3 times a day to inquire about this and I always get the false and misleading information.
The customer care guy is the same person all the time. He gave me different names like Kevin, Craig, Leon etc.
We moved to the US with all my stuff packed in those 3 bags and all our clothes and other important things are inside those. I am literally begging (please check all call records to see how I had conversations) about my bags and still doing the same thing.

I was tired of these false promises and asked if I could pick bags from the airport, then a lady on call said like you can go and collect bags from SanDiego airport air Canada arrival counter as bags are there. I rented a truck to pick them up, and checked all places where there can be air canada baggage desk but I didn't find anyone.Baggage desk was not occupied by AirCanada, I asked airport guys and other airline staffs to help me, all said like air canada has no physical desk here and check ticket desk. I waited at the air canada ticket desk for 45 mins, nobody present and no one was ready to help me with the AirCanada link. While at the airport, I tried to call air canada but was waiting for more than 2 hours.
I was returning from airport and was about to reach my apartment in san diego, I was connected to air canada baggage phone call and the guy now said, all baggages are out for delivery to my address and will get tin 30 mins, I asked 3 times and the guy was sure like by the time I will reach home I will get my bags delivered. I waited for 2 hours, no luck.
I called again that night and got connected after 1 hour, now the same guy with diff name said I will get a call from my supervisor on this in 2 hours, I waited 3 hours and it was midnight 2am, and no luck.
Next day, I called again and now the same guy repeats the same thing like the bag is at the delivery company and not any update. I begged him and explained my situation.
Then I got a call from THE supervisor, and he said he will email me to san diego airport and wait for 24 hour, I waited for 36 hours and had no luck.
I again called today and the same guy with diff name said bags are at san diego airport and you can collect it now(it was 10pm when no rental truck available), As I already had bad experience going to airport pickup I asked him to deliver to my address. I have lost all trust that I had with Air Canada.

I LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, YOU CAN'T IMAGING HOW MUCH WE SUFFERED AND SUFFERING DUE TO THIS AS MOST IMPORTANT THINGS ARE IN THOSE BAGS AND SOME OF THEM CAN NOT BE BOUGHT OR ACQUIRED IN ANY WAY.
