I flew from Goa to Mumbai back to London Heathrow, on 20th August 2013.

After waiting for 2 hours I was informed that my baggage was delayed. I was handed a piece of paper with a reference and told to call a telephone number in a few days chasing if the luggage turned up!

I was outraged to call this number and nobody answer and a per-recorded message saying 'hello your call can't be taken at the moment and you cannot leave a message'. Another number just let you record messages and nobody ever calls back!

I then decided to email Air India UK & INDIA offices. I thought that as I am a valuable customer I would include the CEO 'Rohit Nandan'.

I have received numerous emails back after chasing since 20th August with the poorest English Language replies and only on 27th September was I informed that aft sending all my original boarding passes and documents that it was sent to the accounts department for authorisation and payment to be made!

Guess what it's 27th October and I am still waiting for a payment or even a reply from the CEO Rohit Nandan.

Has anyone got any suggestions as to how to get a payment made?
