Impossible to contact Air India Customer services
We are going to India (Madrid Delhi) in February in Business Class with Air India. It's a trip we have been planning for years.
Since we made the booking we have changed our nationality from UK to Spanish. This means changes to our surnames. I have been trying to get Air India to make the changes for over a month but their customer service in India is completely unresponsive. The agent here in Madrid is very helpful but seems to have the same communications issues with the Indian office as me. Does anyone have any suggestions? |
