payment confirmation
sir, i was booking a seat in air india from New delhi to Port blair on 13 Aug 2013. the payment was made but unfortunately the system got hanged and the ticket could not be generated.i made a call to air india call centre and received the pnr no:YPMF7. the air india city office confirmed me that the PNR is cancelled and the amount is stuck with Axis Bank itself.Ticket was against the name of Kaushal Kumar Ojha. please guide us as to how to get my payment credited in my account. thank you in anticipation.
