I arrived on 2 September 2018 by EK 609 from Karachi.

There was at least 1/2 hour walk from the arrival gate to the baggage claim belt.
I saw families with small children and old passengers walking along the way.

On the way I spotted a gold car with a drive and requested him to take me to the Smart Gate but he refused.

DNATA staff was running with some old fashioned wheel chairs to carry passengers who have requested for them.

It was a horrible experience.
