I was traveling from Kuala Lumpur to Zurich via Istanbul. When I received my baggage at Zurich airport it was completely torn even the clothes inside were torn. It was not even in condition to carry and I had to carry clothes in hand from airport to hotel . I lost my credit card with all the details too. Please contact me at [email protected].
