FLYER BEWARE!! Flight from Houston to Kathmandu was late, baggage was lost and could not be located for hours. Turns out the baggage ended up in Dubai. Dubai was not on my route. They promised it would be on the very next flight to Kathmandu and gave me a flight number on another airline. Baggage were not on that flight either. Missed my Everest climb departure time with my team thanks to this. Their website is one of the worst I've ever seen. The mobile version is full of bugs making it impossible to navigate. When they change their flight time, they cancel your entire flight until you call them to agree to the new time or cancel the flight!

When they promise that the change fee is only $150, they mean $150 + any other class change they see fit. As they wanted an additional $840 for the very same seat (economy), it was easier and much cheaper for me to buy another return ticket on another airline (Korean Air). "Best Airline in Europe"? LMAO... NEVER AGAIN WILL I OR MY FAMILY EVER FLY THIS INCOMPETENT AIRLINE NO MATTER THE TICKET COST
