Very rude customer care on IAD
One of my family member boarded from IAD (Washington Dulles) airport yesterday 5/21/2018 at night 11:00 PM flight to Istanbul. Majority airlines personals at ticket counter during checking bag were very rude ,arrogant and unprofessional. Specially a employee name Yaseer ( he said this is his name) extremely rude,unprofessional and very lack of customer care.
None of his behavior is acceptable by any count of customer care. He spend long period of time inside the office and passenger were waiting for paying extra fess for language. Instead fell apology he is shouting with several older passenger. I still wonder how come this low mentally personal are still employed by airlines. I tried to complain this matter to supervisor but he didn't let me do this.
I believe Turkish airlines should send this rude employee to some kind of customer care training. I am very shocked and disappointed about the incident and want to know how the airlines takes care of this. As a frequent traveler i will stop all my future trips on this airlines until a sincere apology from the airlines.
