Frequent schedule changes
I have never seen such frequent schedule changes on any other airline in my life. Since I made the booking 2 months ago, I have received at least 10 notifications of schedule changes. The latest is a 2.5 hour additional delay on the MUM to CCU leg. After traveling for 20+ hours, they expect passengers to wait for several more hours? Indigo still has the 7:40 AM flight. Why have we been bumped from that flight to the 9:55 AM? We want to stay on the flight that I had booked originally. They cannot just change flights and need to provide compensation if they are doing so. I paid for a specific itinerary.
Their service needs a lot of improvement. The reps on the phone have difficulty understanding customer requests and responding appropriately. They really need training. Also, the web site is so slow.
