Although I have been a happy customer, I need help. While I had hoped to fly with United to Singapore, by the time the miles I purchased arrived in my account, the Business Class upgrade was waitlisted. At 6'5, I do need to have a confirmed flat bed for the 17 hour flight, so sadly I will have to go with another carrier. I ask simply for a a one time exception to refund the miles purchased and refund the costs of the miles.

To date, United has refused.

So sad, I want to love United again.
