COMPLAINT: Online bags scam

Tried to purchase carry-on bags on line but repeatedly received message that there was a problem submitting my request, please try again. Which I did - in fact three times. Thought maybe the site was busy (Saturday night), so waited til later and the price went up to $45/bag. Called customer service who couldn't allow me to purchase the bags at the original price of $40/bag, and purchasing them through her would increase the price still further to $55/bag. Beware! If the website isn't allowing you to purchase the bags, call customer service immediately. Better yet, don't fly Spirit. They more than make up for their low prices with fees for everything.
