Truth not in the spirit of Spirit Airlines

Nine(9) days and no response from the two(2) emails I sent to Spirit Airlines customer service..Not surprising their customer servie is in India or Pakistan and they have been trained not to respond to any complaints by customers, lest they might NOT have a "script" to follow and might say something truthful by mistake, and this would violate the spirit of Spirit Airlines..(which is to never tell a customer the TRUTH about anything or else it may become a habit and ALL employees would have to be re-trained. Then luggage could only weigh 30 lbs instead of 40lbs (already 10 lbs less than any decent other airline). This added cost would absorb any truth retraining expense incurred by Spirit.

Just canceled my $9 club membership. It was auto-renewed on 1st anniv. of init. membership. I questioned the charge with my CC co. and they forwarded info to me indicating it was valid charge. Looking at rules for membership, I read that auto-renewal will begin on 1st anniv. unless canceled prior. I can't talk to anyone, so I will have to eat the $59.95 chg. I forgot about club because I didn't use it. Would have been nice to receive a reminder prior to anniv.

I just tried to redeem my miles for a free ticket. I had calculated that I had two free round trip tickets. WRONG! The agent, speaking broken English, told me my miles expired on 11/30/2011 (this was Dec. 6) since Barclay's was no longer the credit card agent associated with Spirit airlines. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the agent disconnected me.
