Default Worst Service for Lost Baggage (Swiss #3503 and #1628)

Swiss Air could not locate our bags on a flight from Copenhagen > Zurich > Milan for four (4) days. They refused to offer any support, compensation, or put me through to speak with anyone who could assist, and made no attempt to expedite our lost luggage. It has been over one month from when it was lost and we finally received an email today (November 12) from Swiss saying they are looking into it. Highly recommend not flying them and suggest looking for alternate airlines when traveling in Europe and beyond.
