COMPLAINT: Bangkok Airways doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes!

I am incredibly angry and disappointed with Bangkok Airways
We were traumatized by losing our flight and our vacation was ruined because of their company's insensitivity and lack of professionalism.
Due to their mistake, my husband, daughter and I missed our flight from Phuket to Koh Samui. As a result, we were forced to stay overnight in Phuket, with no compensation by the airline and buy 3 new tickets for the following day. We lost our hotel that was paid for in Koh Samui for the night and were not refunded this cost as well as the airfare for three new tickets and a hotel in Phuket.
We were in the line for boarding at the proper gate at the right time in the Phuket airport however the line did not move forward. We thought that there was a delay in the flight because the line was not moving. We asked the Bankok Airways representative who said that the flight has taken off and we have no chance of getting on the flight.
Needless to say, we were shocked and went immediately to the BA office where we were informed that the airline would take no responsibility for our missed flight. The staff was extremely rude and refused to believe that we were in the boarding line. They said we are lying and that we were not at the gate. We went to the secutity desk and asked if we could view the cameras to prove that we were at the gate for the entire time however the security officers said that they are not allowed to show customers the images.
Security said that they have do the footage from the gate and that we must make a formal complaint and request that that they review the images from the cameras. We know that that the security footage will prove that we were in the boarding line for the 30 minutes prior to takeoff and therefore requested that they view these images, to no avail!
The worst part of this ordeal wasn't even the money we lost (which was substantial) but rather the fact that they called us liars when then had every opportunity to check te cameras to see that we were there.
Disgusting customer service.
