AIR FRANCE Flying BLUE I A RIP OFF
Find flying blue a total ripoff. The website to book a award flight is deliberately non-user friendly. Once you decide to use the phone you wait for a long time and surprise surprise the flights the dates you requested are never available or only partially available. You end up having your miles cancelled because you are unable to use them. Is the a generalized experience among Flying Blue customers and what can be done about it.
