Angry Access to my AAdvantage Account

I am not able to login in my account since Sept/2010. Due some lack of security in the system somebody stollen some miles from my account and I am paying for this problem. I want login and see my transactions, follow my account but it is impossible.
I am tired to call AAdvantage service desk and ask them to solve my problem.
It is unbelieavable!!!
