Recent treatment of passenger speaking Arabic
I fly Southwest almost exclusively because of no bag fees. I am generally satisfied with my experiences. However, I was disturbed after hearing about the passenger being removed from a flight because he was speaking Arabic. I do not know all of the details surrounding the incident, but, the handling of the incident seems atrocious! I would like to continue supporting your airline, however, things like these in the future would make me think about continuing to do so. Please take this into consideration when dealing with incidents like this in the future.
