poor service
I traveled Qatar Airways from Thiruvanthapuram to Chicago on Feb 6 on Flight QR 507 and QR 725. I had ordered special food while booking - 2 months back. They did not serve the food as required and I was left starving. They promised that the required special meal is available in the ticket counter but while inside the flight, they mentioned special meal is not available.
Complained this against Qatar Airlines but they did not even respond. Very poor costumer service and worst airlines to travel. People at the ticket counter were very rude. |
