Angry cancelled my flights

Two flights were cancelled and made me suffer losses that I didn't prepare for. Who is responsible for compensating me? You must compensate me for the losses I have paid. You are responsible for them. Otherwise, I will submit the complaint to a higher place in order to obtain compensation. These are disastrous consequences. i makw claim in klm website and they said we are not responsible
