bad company policy, will get rid of it forever
they designed to block you to use your credit/money: when you just book a new trip, there is no way you will know to apply your previous credit, then they suggest you to cancel the newly booked in order to use your credit/money, charge you the amount higher than credit, in and out, they eat your money. other than that, you can not use your wife's credit that you paid thou your account #, what a horrible company policy, for sure I won't fly them anymore from now on......... for ever
