Default Damaged luggage and monitors DELTA 605

Delta Customer Service Case Number: 04341995
Flight Confirmation #: GEGSXI
DELTA 605 August 21, 2021

My luggage was damaged and two computer monitors were destroyed. They were securely packed and padded. No problems on other flights. I filed a complaint, but Delta refused to compensate me.
