COMPLAINT: OMAN AIR 6 HRS DELAY and no possibility to Claim

As Tourist Traveller - togheter with my wife - we took a Business Class Flight on January 6th from Salalah to Muscat with Oman Air. The Flight was supposed to Depart at 5:35 am - instead departed at 11:50 am after 6 hrs and 15 minutes. We had an insurance due to the fact that we were in Business but the Insurance stated that was valid only for people resindent in OMAN!!! So why they charged me at beginning??? No reply!!! Then, no possibility to deal with Oman Air Personnell!!! The Country is Amazing but we are still speaking of a third world Country if they do not wish to reimburse for more than 6 Hrs delay ............... I am waiting for an Airline Comment and Reimbursement or PLS BE AWARE NOT TO FLY WITH OMAN AIR
